Bizcocho de melocotón fitness.
– 400ml queso fresco batido desnatado
– 4 cucharadas soperas mermelada de melocotón light
– 80gr proteína en polvo
– 2 huevos enteros y 4 claras
– 160gr harina de avena
– 1 melocotón natural cortado en trozos
– 1 melocotón natural por encima como decoración
– Levadura
– Edulcorante al gusto (en este caso he utilizado Stevia)
En este caso lo he tenido 40′ en el horno, pero cada uno dependerá de su potencia. Para chuparse los dedos!
