1 Sobre de gelatina neutra (yo he utilizado Royal)


Moldes pequeños de la forma que les quieras dar


  1. Ponemos la gelatina en un vaso, añadimos el agua justa para que se hidrate (1-2 cm) y la dejamos reposar unos minutos.
  2. Calentamos 100ml de agua en el microondas, una vez caliente le añadimos el sobre bolero del sabor que más te guste y removemos hasta que esté completamente disuelto.
  3. Unimos la gelatina hidratada y el agua con bolero y mezclamos bien hasta quedar uniforme.
  4. Ponemos la mezcla en los moldes y lo metemos durante 4-5 horas en la nevera.

Si quieres un truco para sacarlas de los moldes intactas puedes calentar un poco de agua y colocar la base un momento encima.

Necesitan estar refrigeradas por lo que si las llevas demasiado al calor se van a ablandar.
